The room was spacious. It comfortably slept four people. The location is very convenient. The lobby, gym, and hotel room were all very clean.
I thought the staff was not very attentive. The rooftop had a private event every night. I expected more facilities for the price.

The staff at the front desk were very nice, cute, and helpful. The lobby was very clean, modern, and well-kept, as was the gym and the guest room. The hotel's location is very convenient. I also appreciated the valet service , made parking hassle-free.
I found the rooftop events happening every night a bit frustrating.

the rooftop events were a real pain every night it reminded me of a private party i wasn't invited to. also the staff seemed a bit distracted i expected more attentiveness considering what i paid. i found the advertised pool to be underwhelming it resembled more of a large tub than a proper pool.

I found the room to be beautifully decorated and clean. the central location made it easy to walk everywhere. I didn't need a car. the bathroom was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. i only wish i had asked for a room with a better view. Mine faced a wall (a minor issue, really).
i expected a few more facilities for the price, specifically the pool felt small, more like a pond than a proper swimming area.

The reception staff were very helpful and kind, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. i met the hotel manager during breakfast one morning. She was pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in the guests' experiences.
