The room was spacious. It comfortably slept four people. The location is very convenient. The lobby, gym, and hotel room were all very clean.
I thought the staff was not very attentive. The rooftop had a private event every night. I expected more facilities for the price.

The air conditioning worked well as the weather was warm.
The staff seemed somewhat inattentive considering the price I paid. A private event occurred on the rooftop every night. This was frustrating.

cute staff clean lobby convenient location
The staff at the front desk were very nice, cute, and helpful. The lobby was very clean, modern, and well kept, as was the gym and the guest room. The hotel's location is very convenient. I also appreciated the valet service , made parking hassle-free.
I found the rooftop events happening every night a bit frustrating.

Breakfast in Angel was fantastic!!! The rooftop bar, Angel, was the perfect spot for the New Year's Eve celebration, it was very convenient. I loved the espresso refills and daily chocolates.

central location decent but could be better
rooftop events underwhelming pool
the rooftop events were a real pain every night it was like a private party i wasn't invited to. also the staff seemed a bit distracted i expected more attentiveness considering what i paid. i found the advertised pool to be underwhelming it resembled more of a large tub than a proper pool.

beautiful decor clean room central location comfortable bed
I found the room to be beautifully decorated and clean. the central location made it easy to walk everywhere. I didn't need a car. the bathroom was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. i only wish i had asked for a room with a better view. Mine faced a wall (a minor issue, really).
i expected a few more facilities for the price, specifically the pool felt small, more like a pond than a proper swimming area.

The reception staff were very helpful and kind, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. i met the hotel manager during breakfast one morning. She was pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in the guests' experiences.

the rooftop bar provided amazing city views (especially during sunset). i found the hotel to be modern and well maintained. the building has an elevator that runs from the lobby to all floors, a detail that proved very useful.

breakfast included prosecco. the rooftop restaurant, angel, offered delicious meals, and the service was very good. i particularly enjoyed the selection of pastries at breakfast and the excellent coffee.
